Singleness: Behind the Scenes

Are you in a hurry to have a "partner in - life"? Are you in a race to altar?

This one's for you. Do not worry this is also for me. A 25 year old lady want to encourage you. I want to share the beauty of being a single.

People look on the eminent of marriage. Sometimes in our lives when the topic of marriage come up, you will cry, breakables of self pity, you are in a hurry, all both sides of your life is bitter. Well, I tell you this, that God is enough, Jesus Christ is your best friend. Maybe a tough season for you, and not being easy to cope in the society but the grace of the God is sufficient for you to pursue His presence and wait for the intimacy of marriage. Your gonna wait for the glory of God! You are blessed to have you have in His time, and learn to discover your true identity and character while waiting.

1. Keep pressing on Him. God is positioning you to bless you and not to harm you. You have probably not expected to see that God is working in your life. Continue to be humble, and watch the attitude of your heart. Trust Him in your circumstances. Submit your body as a pleasing sacrifice (Romans 12:1). In this you are trusting God to do His will upon you. (following God is a preparation for you to follow the "man after God's own heart")

2. Live your life to the fullest. Your life starts now. It will not start after your "I Do's". Live life, enjoy your being single. Try to travel, start your own ministry, be intentional to be friends. Be in your season that truly intensifies the beauty of single. Keep investing, because when the time you pursued "MRS Degree" everything will changed. You cannot do what single people does.

3. Do your task. Since God is preparing your to be an excellent wife, and it is also a look for qualities to develop, our whole task is to remain pure. A call to purity (Stay pure, perhaps pursue virginity). This is the greatest misery to grasp and offer to God and to a man He is preparing for you.

Another thing, is to nail the task He has for you. Madami kang kailangan gawin. Do not waste your time!

4. Relax. Make up your mind not to worry. Free from everything, just only Jesus.
Matthew 6:34  Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble
Maybe a distressing season of your life to be single or it could be the happy moments to treasure for the rest of your life. Do not let the enemy steal your joy and feed your mind about your empty ring finger! Trust God! Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

For the meantime, magpa ganda ka muna, kasi yung mapapangasawa mo nag papa gwapo pa :)

The Timeliness of God

I want it.. I want to get it.. I want it right NOW!

Sometimes we are like this, eager to get whatever we want in just a snap of our fingers. The most valuable and variable of circumstances we had is TIME. Giving an emphasis on time, it defines our nature of being responsible and trustworthy of the resources that God entrust to us.

Some people think that “time” is merely to wander, to run late or just being in another world. But for others, like me, time is an important characteristic of not just being a Christian, but being a human.

The bible indicates that time is important and clearly speaks on its great value. Ecclesiastes 3 speaks clearly of being in time and how to be in time. It requires our responsibility and attention in every tic – tac of our life.
Flowers whisper "time" to bloom, to open up, turn towards the light and shouts that I am beautiful because of a perfect time

Illustrative of time, God Himself is the answer. When God speaks, it is bound, and limited. Everything is in perfect time. God sent Jesus, died on the cross, and said, it is time (Galatians 4:4). And again, again as we read the bible, this is the day that the Lord has made, the time has come, and the time of end is near. Clearly stated that God planned in its perfect time. He is not late to draw something wonderful in your life. But remember, there are three answers that God will speak when you ask, “yes”, “no”, and “later”. He will answer “no” because He knew that you don’t need it, or He has something great in your life (just wait), “later” if it’s not time, and He is fixing something in your life before He reveal His “later” to you. “Yes” – no questions at all. It is time for you to have it! But how long will you wait? Well, God is honored when we have our characteristic of responsibility of being dependent on Him. It is a matter of faith and hope - Hebrews 11:1Always keep in touch. The distance of man and God is knee – distance. Talk to Him, pray, communicate, and read His words.
There are things to be done while you wait, Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. – Ephesians 5:15-16 AMP.

Maximize the effectiveness of your time. Learn to forgive, forget the past. Move on and have peace. Ask Him to show the steps you need to take in life. Commit in His time. Have a moment in Him during quiet time. Always have a thankful heart for His love, patience and the wonderful plan He prepares for you.

Do not be disappointed when you don't get it, Praise Jesus for you don't get what you want. He has something better for you! :)

Reflection of a Mirror: Faith, Hope and Love

Several months, everything seems to be a weakest point of my life and a little bit of puzzled where my life is to be. In short, I’m just throwing my life away. After series of events, hatred, anger, downfalls, I gained victory over these events. One thing is certain: Be different.
My LifeGroup Members: Where life begins

I am very simple in life, I go to school, study, then went back home. That’s a routine. But one day, I saw my life a little bit boring, I ask for more, and someone show me a life after life: Jesus. As I enter into the ministry, doubts and fears have become the predominant feelings due to my past and a sort of I cannot do this because I’m just an ordinary human without any extraordinary talent. I do not speak, and I don’t know the whole concept of the word of God. Sounded to “Church –y”, I mean, what am I here for – a line of thinking. I was supposed to have my first job in Manila but unfortunately, better is the plan of the Lord than I. The bottom line is, I never really imagined myself to prosper in province and in MINISTRY.

It was always a tiring day – to work, to study and to do ministry. But I was surprise indeed, that I can do anything through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. I have no choice: to stay and stick to what I have started. Everything has changed, thereafter, transforming my inner being thoughts, attitude and character.

In a deeper sense, being with the Lord and with the people who has the same dream, taught me to become someone more, someone who would exhibit values that is different from others: your quality. Being a leader, quality should always start within me.

Although there flaws in my life, I learned from these experiences, to work for the dreams of the Lord, to discover new things, do not be afraid and accept the challenges in life. Just set vision, and be compassionate all the time.

Turning back from where I started, intense on how I struggled, how I endured and most importantly how I gained victory with the help of the Lord, to whom I will always be grateful – wherever life will bring me.
